Einen schönen guten Tag zusammen,

ich habe gerade das Upgrade Capture One 22 erworben.

Es ist Nikon erwähnt, aber Canon fehlt?

Ich benutze beide Systeme.

    What kind of licence do you have? Nikon, Canon, Pro, Express? What you see depends on the licence code you have - the downloaded install file is the same for all versions.

    I had a look to my order:

    I bought the Capture One pro together with a Nikon ZII some month ago.

    Is in the Pro edition both included? Canon and Nikon?

    Otherwise please tell me how to change for both systems.

    If what you got is the Nikon version, it has all the Pro features but only for Nikon cameras. You can check which version you have in the About screen (from the Capture One menu on a Mac, not sure which menu on a PC).

    The Pro edition covers all supported cameras from all brands. I have raw files from Nikon, Canon, Sony and Olympus cameras which I have owned at various times, and it handles all of them. Pro and the Nikon version have all the same features - the only difference is that the Nikon one is limited to Nikon files.

    If you have the Nikon version and want to upgrade to Pro, you could look in your account on the Capture One website and see what upgrades it offers you, or if you can't find out from there you had better contact Support.

    Hi - I recently bought Capture One 21 Sony via monthly subscription. Today i have downloaded the update Capture Pro 22 and at activation i get this message

    'Could not activate because the activation profile is incorrect.'

    please advise promtly?
