No access to images on capture one 22

I upgraded to version 22 pro after using 21 pro and the images are not accessible it mentions :

"Cette image est dans un format non pris en charge"

When I look at "événements" it indicates :

"La variante ne peut être développée"

 

What is the problem given the fact that everything worked in 21 before I upgraded ?

    Which camera?

    are you certain you've activated "Pro", and not a camera brand-specific version?
