Change email address not working - confirmation mail

Hello,

I want to change my email address for my capture one account.
When clicking on the button in the confirmation mail, I get an error:

Only absolute URLs are supported

I have tested it with Firefox, Chrome and Safari on Mac.
It is not working.

Has anyone a solution for that.
