关于capture one21无法升级capture one22的问题

当时我看到了购买capture one21可以免费升级至capture one22，然后我这两天下载capture one22之后发现升级不了，并且提示我：此授权许可码已用尽所有的免费升级。但是问题就是我此前从未升级到22版本，希望能得到你们的回复。

    Try logging into your Capture One online account and opening the Manage Licenses page.
    Do you see a Capture One version 22 license showing there, or is it a version 21 license?

    许可证是21，但是我购买的原因是因为可以免费升级至版本22

    Log into your Capture One online account again and deactivate version 21
    if it is listed as Activated there.

    If version 21 is still on your computer deactivate it again via:
    Menu - Help - License - Deactivate.
    Uninstall version 21 from your computer, (if it is still installed).

    Install version 22 and activate it with your version 21 license key, if that is the only license key you have.
    If Capture One emailed you a separate version 22 license key then use that instead to activate.

    依旧不行，我停用了账户的激活，还卸载了capture one21，在卸载之前也取消了软件的激活，但是依旧不能激活22，提示：授权码已用尽所有的免费升级。我购买的是永久许可版本。

    Don't think I can help you any further.
    It sounds like your Capture One account is messed up
    and you will have to submit a request to Capture One to get it sorted out.

    Meanwhile you could reinstall version 21 while you wait for an answer?
