Are you expecting that the images from each programme will match colorimetrically, simply because you're using the same profile in each case?

They won't, any more than they'd match if sRGB was used each time..

    Keith, why not?

    Christian,

Do you actually softproof the image in C1 with AdobeRBG when comparing? And you call menu>Image>"edit with" and export it as 16bit tiff wth AdobeRBG embedded on export?

I have exactly the same issue with Capture One. The exported images are less saturated in Photoshop than in the Capture one viewer. I am using the latest version of Capure one and Mac OS. I use 16 bit Tiff in ProPhot color space. I can also see this issue when using sRGB color space.

The only setting in Capture were the exported images looks the same in C1 viewer and in Photoshop is when I use “no color correction” and “linear gamma”. Unfortunately this works only for reproductions and not for normal photography.

I have searched the Capture One FAQ and have found articles about this. I applied all recommendations but it didn’t solve this issue.

I am afraid that this could be a bug. But if someone knows what I am doing wrong I would greatly appreciate any advice.
