Licensing multiple user on single machine

I have a mac for a photography station that 3 users will log into as their own profile.  Do I just need 1 license for that machine, or 3 licenses, one for each user, and can you have multiple user licenses on one machine?

    Make sure the C1 application is in the root folder (click the drive the applications are in), not just one user's folder. Apps in the root app folder are available to all users. Each user should still be able to have their pref files and setting available only to that user. The C1 license is for use on a computer, not one user. However, many programs allow only one user at a time to use the app. C1 will not load multiple instances of itself.
