Cannot activate trial license

Hi

I was able to activate C22 using my PhaseOne license.  However, I am unable to do anything with the stitched panorama DNGs.  So I decided to use my trial license instead to be able to use C1 till C1 and P1 get this sorted out.

Unfortunately, I get a "Could not activate because the license code is invalid" error.

This is the result of running the diagnostic:

Check 01: Success

Check 03: 3591405807
Check 04: OK
Check 05: 236
Check 06: success

If somebody from C1 could get back to me, I would appreciate it!

    I am able to use my C1 for P1 license instead without any issues with activation.  So it looks like something in the license management says I cannot use a trial as I have already activated it successfully previously...

    It turns out I was using a license that was first activated in 2019!

    The trial license under my user profile inC1 was not updated when I downloaded a trial version.  Nor does the user profile page provie any indication of the validity of the trial liecnse there.

    Anyway a fresh "trial download" provided me with a license that works.
