Extreme Lagging Capture One 22

OS is up to date, I have 64GB of RAM on this computer and the HD is not full. I'm experiencing some extreme lagging with edits in C1-22. Anyone else? I have not cleared the cache as I keep reading online that this is tricky and can cause issues. Looking for feedback and assistance, please!
