Whenever I open the capture one 21, it requires the license key.

I used this program on my M1 Mac mini. Recently, I bought a M1 MacBook Pro and I installed this program on the new MacBook. Of course, I uninstalled this program on Mac mini and did inactivation. However, whenever I open this program on my new M1 MacBook Pro, always it requires the license key. It works well if I input license key. I don't know what problem is.

  This is a forum and I don’t believe these type of problems will be resolved in this forum..Check into your account an submit a request with the issues..they will handle it..
