    On the main Capture One website page, go to your account login and open that page.

    Select the Licence Management option.

    There you should be able to see the details of your license(s) and deactivate any current activations.

    When you have de-activated, restart Capture One and use the License Activation code you have when you are prompted to Activate the new computer.

    it is not working... in the license manager it was the activation for capture 6... but now I have 22...
    but the license says 3 remainng activations...

    Do you have more than one Capture One account?

    Have you used other versions of Capture One after version 6?

    Are you activating with the new License code provided when you ordered V22?

    Did you order a Perpetual license or a Subscription?

    i have just one account.

    i have not use capture one for years - last I used 6..

    I tried to use the license Code from capture 6.. 

    i have: Capture One Pro 6 (perpetual license)

    its this account:
