Moving from Windows to Mac
Hi,
I'm moving to a Mac from my Windows PC. My Capture One setup on my Windows PC has my catalog on my local hard drive and then all my images on my NAS mounted as my P: drive.
Since Macs don't support drive letters, how do I go about efficiently migrating the catalog with out breaking all the image links?
Thanks,
David

Just from my memory, i.e not fully verified:
- The NAS directory structure (and files) are known to your Mac
- In the catalog, there should be an area indicating where the images are stored (under the folder icon)
- Due to the fact that the catalog was created on a Windows machine, the resp. folder structure is shown as "offline"
- Make a right mouse click on the base folder and choose "Synchronize"
- You should be able to select the corrected path (for your Mac) and the images are back online...
PS: the image links in a catalog will always break when switching between Windows and Mac (or vice versa). Above method just ensures that the current machine is able to find the images...
