    This is indeed a bit...cryptic. 

    His post here mentions Sony ZV-e10

    The camera model support list, says it's supported with a note that C1 Sony or Pro is required for tethering.

    Assuming he's using either one already (we see the tethering menu), perhaps the camera's USB connection setting needs to be set to PC remote instead of auto or storage mode?
