Printing

I have just printed a picture from within C1 it bears no resemblance to the actual picture on the screen. I noticed whilst editing a large patch of purple colour on the image which disappeared as I finished moving a slider without being able to upload both original and printed image, it is hard to explain suffice to say there are rainbow colours in parts of the sky. Any help I would be grateful. I am using C1 20.
