Preview Distorted / Files fine

Hi There,

Previews at first are fine, but turn to look corrupted (see attached file). The file itself works like normal.

Don't know what this is, first time for me - happens with both 20 and 21, and in small as well as in major sized catalogs. 

Weird. 

Any ideas?
