tethering problem with P40+ (not recognize DB)

I have tried to tether my Phase one P40+ many times to Mac mini 2011 with Capture one 10 but It has not shown the attached camera at all. I use firewire 9pin to 6pin. Anybody the same problem as mine? What should I do to solve this problem? I'll appreciate any solutions
