Bug: The first photo fails during interative export of series of photos.
With Capture one 22 on Windows 10, I experice a reproducible bugduring export.
When I export a serie sof photos, the first export runs fine. But when I export the same set again, especially as aRGB, I always get a failure of the first photo of the series. This photo was "unable to export".

Once in a while C1 used to have such hiccups. Restarting C1 often helped.
