Add DNG support to EIP

I edit for a photographer who sends me IIQ EIP files with a quick edit showing me the direction they would like to take with the image. 

Many of the files are a collection of pano and HDR. Since C1 22 supports both pano and HDR I can edit right in C1. A great time saver and it works great.

However I can't create an EIP to send back including all my edits.

I reques the C1 support DNGs created via pano and HDR to be exported as EIPs.

    I have forwarded your request to support DNGs created via pano and HDR to be exported as EIPs to our Product Management team. 

    Hopefully, your feedback contributes towards a future version of Capture One.

    Whilst we cannot comment on future releases, we take all suggestions on board.
