How to download free update?

Hi there.

I have Fujifilm Pro 21 and have a free update for 22, but it only gives me a download of Fujifilm Express. Where do I go wrong?

Do I need to deactivate something?

    Deactivate your V21 AND the Express version if you activated it.

    If you have V22 Express I assume you downloaded and Installed V22. The download is the same for all versions. The License code/Activation key controls which options are available.

    Restart V22 and when asked to Activate use the activation code issued for the free update. Depending on where the free update came from the update may be the same key as you used for V21 since the keys will activate older versions.

    If the V21 key does not activate V22 and you do not have confirmation of another key or a process to follow form the time you obtained V21 you may need to contact Support.
