Profiles Missing in Process Recipe

After updating to 11.6.2, I receive the following message when opening Capture One, "Could not find ICC profile for process recipe". Checking the drop down list of profiles in the Process Recipe confirms that many, but not all Epson ICC profiles failed to load. Also my Canson profiles failed to load. Moving over to the Print window revealed that the Epson profiles failed to load here as well, though Canson profiles did load here. 

Re-installing the Epson driver package corrected the problem for the Print window, those profiles are now available. However the problem still exists in the Output tab, with neither Epson or Canson profiles loading in the Process Recipe.
