Capture One 22 not working

Permanently deleted user

I tried to migrate from Capture one 21, which has become very buggy on my machine. I am on a subscription plan. 

I have installed Capture One 22, but it cannot see any catalogues that were made under C1 21 and will not import new images off of a sd card. 

what should I do? 

Should I uninstall c1 21? Obviously nervous about doing this until I have  C1 22 working.

    I would not delete CO21 at this point. I have long had multiple versions of C1 on my machine. I make a different OSX folder for the catalogs of each C1 version . E.G. COv21Catalogs, COv22Catalogs. To upgrade, I copied all the catalogs from COv21Catalogs to COv22Catalogs, and changed the names to match the version - Incoming21 was renamed as Incoming22. Then I opened CO22, and the Open, and then Browse, and found the CO22 folder, from there I opened each catalog file. Now CO22 “knows” where its catalog files are. Of course any further changes made using CO21 won’t show up in CO22. After I get comfortable with CO22, then CaptureOne21.app and all of its catalogs are deleted
