Capture on 22 wifi connection eos r6 camera

I have a problem with WIFI connection, my C1v22 can see my cameras but cannot connect to them. Canon utility sees them as well. eos r6, eos 5d mark IV

    At the end of trying to connect the Canon R6 camera through Wifi, the camera asks for turning on the Eos Utility app. Eos Utility detects the camera. After choosing “Connect to a computer” on the camera, the camera disappears from the list on the app. There is no way of skipping this step. The camera stops on the “start the app” window of Eos Utility. Am I doing everything right or is there another way of connecting the camera to the computer?
