Buy Multi-User Perpetual License for Capture 21

We currently have a Capture One Pro Perpetual Licence for 5 users. 

We are looking to upgrading to Capture 21 for 8 users, where can I buy this as a perpetual license for 8 users as a one-off payment instead of a subscription? 

I can only see a subscription option in the 'Multi-user' option on the product page and also it only mentions Capture 22 in the description of that, will I still be able to use the license key for Capture 21. We are not ready to upgrade to Capture 22 yet as its not yet compatible with another software are switching to.
