Check for Updates is not working
A friend recently installed C1, 22, his installed version is 15.0.1.8. My installed version is 15.0.0.192 (Build 4e1a194). When I go to Check for Updates , I receive the following message, "Your software is up to date" "There is no new Capture One software for your computer at this time".
We are both using OS 12.1. Why isn't my version of C1 recognizing that there is an update available?
I submitted a tech support request, but their reply (Due to the launch of our new software, Capture One 22, we are currently experiencing a high volume of incoming requests and it may take a while before you get a response) did not inspire confidence that I would receive a response in the near future.

You can still download the latest version from the Capture One site, an install it, whether or not it shows up in "check for updates".
