After Upgrade to Capture One 22 unable to start program, will not load or create catalogue

    I have found the cause of this problem, despite Capture One 21 not having this problem Windows Security had decided to block access to any of my personal folders for Capture One 22. When capture One loads it needs to access your pictures folder and this was being blocked. To correct this problem you need to go into Windows Security and find the listing of security events, then select the specific one to Capture One and grant access to your Personal folders.
