Spot removal from subject's teeth

I took a photo of my daughter that is 'a keeper', except that she has a black poppy seed in her teeth that is quite visible. I tried removing it with the spot removal tool (type = spot), but that does not remove the seed. I am able to remove skin blemishes with excellent results.

I am using Capture One 12.

Any suggestions on removing the seed from her teeth?

  A layer adjustment - Heal or Clone, whichever works best.

  Thanks for the reply. I was able to use a clone layer to remove the blemish.
