Connecting Canon R5 to macpro 16 m1 and Capture one via wifi

My Canon R5 reliably transfers small files to my 2018 13 inch  Macbook Pro wirelessl,  but with the same settings in both Capture one and the R5 my new 16inch Macbook pro M1 has issues where is wont't also save the raw and jpg files to the cards on the camera and it changes the  name of the files coming into the capture one session? Any ideas why?  Canon CPS are pondering.
