New User of Capture One. No connection problems. What I have when I shot a single shot Capture One makes 2 to 3 copies of same shot. I have tested and tested. I looked at screen as I shot one photo and the software makes 2 to 3 copies of same shot. I have my camera set on one shot only? I sent a request a week ago. So, software support is terrible. NO REPLY

    Identical copies and all in the same place on the disk?

    Are you connecting in Full Tether mode or using a "Hot Folder" option?

    Are you shooting RAW plus JPG?
