new licence

Hi There, 

I am an old costumer that I did not used the initial licence (2018) Last November I bought from B&H two new licence Capture One for Canon and Fuji. I did not download it and installed on that time waiting for my new Mac to be installed.

Today was the right time but when I opened the right email to download The page was open to CO 22 . I did not realized and I downloaded. Ofcourse the software did not recognized the key licence and try to find the reasonI found that this version $380 I think.

I am confused now because opening the old account with my email and password tracked me to the old account.

Could you please kindly help and advise me how to fix this problem?

Resume: I have a new desktop Mac, an old account with you srn.frm@gmail.com end two new software Canon and Fuji licences bought on Nov 29 2021 order 890333271 (Fuji) that I paid $139 US for it and order 890333048 for Canon that I paid $179 US. Both are Pro 21 D and F/Fujifilm
