"No Images in Folder" when importing from Hard Drive Sony A7r4

Running version 14.4.1.16 on Capture One 21.  I am trying to import Sony A7R4 files and receiving a "No Images in Folder" message.  Other files from various camera are not having any issues importing into this catalog
