Stitch to panorama color shift

This may have been asked, but I have not seen any workarounds, if they even exist. After stitching several images and only editing the 1st image in the bunch, the final stitched version has a color cast, but when viewed in the preview window, prior to stitching, the colors looked appropriate. Tried to make sure the current recipe showed adobe RBG and not a paper profile or some other profile. Does the selection in the recipe window have an effect on the final pano result?

  Forgot to mention, I tried stitching the same images in a separate program, AutoPano Giga, and the colors were perfect and unchanged in the final stitch

  I did bother to do a search. The provided links are appreciated, but did not provide a solution. For that reason I asked.
