Printing on Canon Pro10 Doesn't Print Larger Paper

Since new export process, I am having problem getting Canon Pixma Pro 10 to print 13X19 and other larger sizes from C1.  I am running C1 build 15.1.0.123 (oob 582e).  Prints letter sizes OK.  The paper passes through the printer and nothing is printed.  I assume that I have some setting in export recipe or in the printer dialog that is incorrect.  There is probably endless combinations of settings?  Other software prints the 13X19 (On1).
