Activatioof CC1 22 n on Mojave oon Parallels 17

Mac Pro 2010 running High Sierra. Mojave  running on Parallels 17. Initial activation entered CC1 22 password, entered the six digit pass number in the six boxes with response that my email address was invalid. Second and later trials no six digit response, just  password is invalid.
