No Images selected

I've been working on a project for a couple of weeks, I just got a ' No images selected' on my main screen, I cant see any of my images, very frustrating. Please help

  you are looking at the viewer component with no images selected in the browser. Hit "G" on the keybord (Windows) or goto menu >View>browser
