Highlighting Folders
Hello – I have recently transferred to Capture One from Media Pro. One of the elements that is vital to my work is that I have to file the same photo in multiple folders, for example by year, country, person. One of the features of Media Pro was that when I clicked on a photograph viewed on the workspace, the folders in which it had been placed lit up. I can’t seem to fathom out how to do this on Capture One. The information as to where the photo has been stored would also show underneath that particular photo. Can anyone assist please? Thank you.

The information as to where the photo has been stored would also show underneath that particular photo.
Photo storage on disk:
The only way I know is to right-click (or go via main menu>Image) one photo and select "show in finder" or "show in library".The photo is in which albums?
Not possbile, if you are using static albums you cannot see from the photo in which album it is in. Only if you use smart albums via keywords (e.g. add the keyword "John" and create a smart album which filters for keyword John) then you can see by looking at the keyword tool if John is assigned. For albums by year and country you could also create smart albums, and then use the metadata tool to set or see country, and to see the capture date.

So, may I just confirm, the function in Media Pro that allowed me to see one photo in multiple folders is not a feature of Capture One? Nor is the function that allows me to see all the folders that particular photo has been allocated to underneath the photo? Thank you.
