Capture One Live Lost Ratings
I recently added a subscription for the new capture one live feature. I shared the session folders my client needed to rate images for and closed my computer without exiting capture one. A day later the client told me they had finished rating the images. When I opened my computer and went to capture one it said the live sessions had expired and I did not receive any of the ratings the client did. There were 36 folders with separate links to each folder. Im sure my client spent a long time doing the ratings and will be super annoyed to find out they need to do it all again. Really disappointed.
