Tether issues with Capture 21 and Leica SL2

Hello all, I am trying to shoot tethered with the Leica SL2 and Capture 21.  Everything is up to date in regards to firmware and software updates.  The camera is recognized and live view functions as it should; however the camera will not fire remotely from my laptop (macbookpro).  I have exhaustively poured over the menus, and the internet seems to have no current anything on the topic.  Any suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated.

    The document that lists supported cameras seems to suggest that Live View is not support for the SL2 when using Full tethering.

    If you are seeing Live view are you perhaps set up as a "hot folder" tether rather than a full control tether?

    If so that might explain why the camera does not fire when using the Laptop command keys.
