How to cancel my subscription?

Permanently deleted user

Why is this so difficult?? How do I do it? 

I go to manage licence, there is only Order History option, I click on it, it asks me for my email for some reason and then it never send me an email.

Is this a joke? Do I need to call my credit card company? Adobe makes canceling easy.
