Canon R6 raw files / No import ?

Hello !

I have Capture One, version 20.0.2 , and it is updated. 

My computer is win 10, and it is updated as well.

C1 regognises the camera, but it won't import the raw files ? 

How to solve this problem ? thanks for help-

  You need 13.1.2.
