Can't start C1 22

Hello, can not start C1 22. When I want to open C1, only the bar "data is being loaded" comes. And that's it. Must then quit via task manager. 
Have read somewhere here that someone had the same problem with C1 21. There it had something to do with the VC-resdist.x64.exe. Whatever that is.
Gave up for today. Will have to try again tomorrow and maybe someone here can help me.

    Problem solved. It was the monitored folder access from Windows
