Permanently deleted user

Hi,

I have my presets and styles in my windows computer for Capture One 22. How to get my presets and styles on my mac? I do not have files or downloaded files for that, where to find it?

    Hi Savanna,

    You'll find them in User -> Library (the hidden one that you can access by pressing Alt/option while clicking on "Go To" in the finder) -> Application Support -> Capture One.

    When I go to fastspring to download, I got the message : " Store not found.  We couldn't find the store you were looking for. Please use the back button, or double check the URL you were given.

    Need help. And I am new in Mac.

    OK, I understand better. You try to download presets and styles you already bought from Capture One, aren't you ? If this is the case, you could login to your Capture One account and see how to re-download them. But you could also try to copy them from Windows and see if they work.

    Thank for taking your time to answer me. Yes I did logged in in my account capture one and go to "fastspring" for managing my orders. All presets are all there to download but when I downloaded I got the previous message, STORE NOT FOUND. that is my dilemna. Capture One tech support had sent me the same link to "Fastspring" but the same message I got.

    On windows I had no problem, only in Mac I got that message.
