Cannot activate license

I cannot activate my second license on a mac 

MacOs Sierra 10.13.6

Captureone 14.4.1.16

I completly wiped out previous installation following this instructions and everything went fine

Then i reinstall captureone having still one license available to activate

When i launch i get

The License Code could not be verified by the server.

Please deactivate or quit the application. If the problem persists, please contact Support.

And i can only quit

i'm stuck here please help
