Fighting with Catalogs

Permanently deleted user

I followed the tutorial.  I migrated from LRC to CO on my laptop, no problem. My Mac Pro desk top refused 6 times.   

I did the work on my laptop and the catalogs migrated.

55,000 images.

Now I've loaded the catalog on my desk top.  All 55,000 images appear..... but every single one says "This image is an unsupported file."  jpg/png/PEF/Raw......   How do I get around this?

    Are your Raw files listed as supported by Capture One? LR has broader Raw support. CO supports JPEGs fine, but you could have problems if the files are too small. For starters, have you checked the release notes to verify that the files you're trying to work with are indeed supported by the version of C1 you're using?

    I downloaded the same files and they worked on the MacBook Pro. All of them.
    That’s what is confusing as these are the same files but are unsupported in the desktop.
