Well, I recently had such a case, when I took a picture just at the time when some people appeared in the background. I had to remove them using Capture One (healing tool layer), and it worked perfectly. Of course, for larger defects to be removed, I have to use Photoshop, but less and less. It is always possible to submit a request to the staff, anyway (top right corner of this page).

I have used Capture One since version 8 but unless they step up to fix this deficiency 22 will be my final purchase with C1.

You've taken the time to complain here, but I can't find anything about it from you in the Feature Requests sub-forum:

The clue is in the name...

i wanted it also added... truth is it doesnt work well in most cases... i still end resorting to "smart" masks.  This is true for my work in photoshop, lightroom etc.  It would be nice to have but i dont think I would use it much.
