Looks like the answer is yes: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002718118-Camera-models-and-RAW-files-support-in-Capture-One-#h_51fcdd8c-7a64-411e-b632-2ff7be999a45

Can I get a free update...?

No. Your only free option is this:

Thnx. Is het possible for me now today to upgrade the new version 22 so I can can work on my RAW files again ? Or do I have to wait till this is available? Just a seconds ago someone (who has also Capture One) said to me that maybe I have to wait a couple of months before I can work with it. Is that correct?

I posted a link to the official document. Click that link to have your web browser take you directly to the Olympus section of that document. The first camera model listed is "Olympus OM-System OM-1".

    Edited to add:

If you meant to ask if version 20 can be upgraded to version 22, the answer does not depend on camera model. You must buy and install version 22. I do not know if version 20 qualify for a reduced price.
