Whenever I post something containing a link that points outside the Capture One domain (a "foreign link"), the posting is held back pending approval. If I post on a Friday, the posting may not appear until the following Monday or Tuesday, probably some human approval involved? Those spam postings do contain at least one foreign link, which may indicate the unreasonable conclusion that spam articles are approved by someone at Capture One.
