Limit Files size and also dimension on photo exports.

I would like to be able to limit file size and dimensions on photo exports. (example W 2,000px H 1500px file size max 200kb. I think this is a great feature to keep your website pages and photo galleries loading fast. I have done this with LR and photos display large while keeping file size very small, and retains image quality. I have tried this with C1 and I just can't get it to do this, I was told that many other photographers have also asked for this feature to be added to C1 but without any success.
