Pano-Stitching with wide angle image as base

I suggest that C1 would be able that the following strategy would work:

(1) I take a wide angle shot (e.g. 14mm)

(2) I take a lot of shots with telephoto lenses

C1 would then place (2) on (1) just to improve the resolution and for reducing noise. By use of this strategy, many problems reported regarding stithing would disappear, I believe
