Reduce Kb size for website

I subscribe to a website where the maximum size of submitted images is 500kb. I cannot find a way to resize images to fit that restriction. 

Within Photoshop I used to reduce the percentage of the image from, say 100% to 80% which would display the resulting image size.

Is there a similar function in C1 which I have not found?
