Why are my pictures from the camera Z9 not transmitting to the capture one 22?

    If I had to guess, you are using the RAW HE or RAW HE* settings.  I mean, why wouldn't you?  RAW HE* is like half the file size, but indistinguishable in quality from RAW.  

    Unfortunately, Capture1 does not support those files.  They say they are working on it.  The cameras have only been out in the wild for a year, and officially released for 3-4 months as I type this.  Apparently, Phase One isn't a big enough player in the RAW processing world to get their hands on the files from Nikon and incorporate this.  If only they were as big as some of the YouTube channels out there with more than 7K followers, maybe they could have gotten a pre-production Z9. Or if they had the development team to design state of the art RAW processing like CaptureNX from Nikon.

    Yeah, I am being snarky.  It's the bitter pill of getting ready to bend the knee to the competition that is making me mad.  I really, really do not want to go to a subscription that rhymes with the dark side of Kenobi.  But, it is starting to look like this is what Phase One would like me to do.
