Not exporting images
When I export images, the exported icon appears on the thumbnail, but doesn't actually export!
I've tried:
- restarting the computer
- reinstalling Capture one 22
- exporting with different recipes, file naming, output locations
- exporting through the tab in the main menu on the left, rick clicking to export and using the shortcut command+shift+d
Would really appreciate some insight into how I can get images exporting 🙏

Have you looked in Finder to see if the files are there? If you are using a catalog, then the folders shown in Capture One won't automatically update to show new contents there. (You have to synchronise them.)

As I posted in another thread, I am seeing similar behavior with Monterey and C1/22 [v.15.2.0.77]. Although my Process Recipe is enabled, and it was working just fine two days ago before the latest update, right now, I cannot seem to process exports. Whether I use the Export button in the menu bar or under the Export tool tab, or the Context menu, nothing happens [including nothing in the Activities window]. Working in sessions. Seems to happen with Sony ARW files, Phase IIQ files, and iPhone DNG files. The Exported icon appears on some thumbnails, but not others, but no exports are to be found in any of the session folders, and I have looked in the Finder. Weird.

Progress of a sort. I received this error message when trying to export to a TIFF:
Description: There was an error during the processing of the output file.File: ~/Capture One Master Folder/San Francisco Mar 22/San Francisco Mar 22/Capture/IMG_3738.DNG
Domain: com.captureone.captureone
Code: 1
I've checked and confirmed that C1 has Full Disk Access.

Sorry to have missed the recommendation elsewhere to turn off Display & Processing Hardware Acceleration in the General preferences tab. This seems to have solved my problem.

I have Capture One 21 Pro and export of images stopped working. I don't know why because I didn't have that problem earlier. Could you help me?

Grazyna Gudejko, you will have to tell us a lot more if anyone is to be able to help you.
What version of MacOS are you on? Where are you trying to export to? What does your export recipe say the destination folder is? What happens when you try to export? Do you see any error messages? Has anything in your set-up changed since it used to work? Are you working in a session or a catalog?
And any other details you think might help.

Hi, I run MacOS Sonoma 14.0 and Capture One Pro 23 16.2.5.9. Suddenly I cannot export my Fuji RAF-files. It goes through the exporting dialogue and process but no files show up in Finder. Tried turning off hardware acceleration and restarting without success. Best, Peter

Hi Peter Singer - see the post in the known bugs section of the forum about exported files being hidden in Sonoma. It appears to be to do with iCloud, and the workaround for now is to make sure you don't export to a folder that syncs with iCloud - you can move them there afterwards, though.

I had.the same problem after upgrading to pro 23. I couldn’t find my exported photos in the folder I used to keep exported photos. Actually these exported photos became ghost files.
Use commands+shift+. combination, the ghost files will appear as “grey” files in that folder. Then I moved the grey files out of the folder to desktop on my Mac. They are still shown as grey files on desktop. Next move them back to that folder. Now they become normal files.
I found this way accidentally. I don’t know why it worked for me. But you can try.0 -
Thank you!

I cannot see a name on the note with the tip command + shift + . But after hours of research and trying absolutely everything, that one worked. Thank you so very much for that. Though I do find it utterly annoying that is just stopped working, its ridiculous really. What is going on Capture One? Apple ?
